For our Mother's Day brunch at the club, we had Yorkshire pudding. We had seen it before, but didn't know exactly what it was. Well here are a few pictures off the internet to show you. It's like a pastry shell that they usually serve with roast beef. It makes a good little gravy boat. They also use it for other dishes, like "Toad in the Hole" where they bake sausages in it. Just looking at the pictures makes me hungry. Haven't tried the "black pudding" here yet and don't know if I'm brave enough.
