Big Mama

Here's my latest project. Her name is "Big Mama" and she's my sourdough starter. Yes, I cheated and used dry yeast to give it a boost. This is the third day and I can smell the fermentation. I've also got a little pot of starter going, which I'll call "Little Baby." I didn't put any dry yeast in Little Baby and want it all to be from wild yeast.
